Position Overview: We are seeking motivated independent drivers in the Greater San Antonio area who want consistent local delivery opportunities without losing 30% to 60% of their hard-earned money to major corporate apps. You will pick up items directly from local businesses or customers and deliver them same-day or on-demand throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities. Because we operate an asset-light network, there are no warehouses, no inventory management, and no heavy DOT commercial vehicle requirements.
Non-Security Role Clarification: Please note that while ZBRMORED Courier Service is a division of ZBRmored Security Services, this is strictly a non-security logistics and courier position. No security guard guard cards, commissioned officer credentials, or formal security licensing of any kind are required to apply.
Independent Contractor Status: All drivers operate strictly as independent contractors, not employees. This means you are completely free to work with other apps, platforms, or personal income sources while being a part of the ZBRMORED network. We do not restrict your freedom to earn money elsewhere.
Driver Commitment Group (LOI): ZBRMORED Courier Service is currently forming its founding San Antonio driver group. To reserve your priority position in our local dispatch network, selected drivers sign a simple, non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) confirming your interest in joining. This LOI is not an employment contract—it simply secures your spot in the San Antonio market tier and allows us to activate our central dispatch services once our local driver nucleus is finalized.
What You Do:

- Month 1: $50
- Covers your secure third-party background check processing, initial platform onboarding, driver app setup, and network activation.
- Month 2 and onward: $100/month
Covers ongoing live dispatch support, smart job broadcast access, operational route planning, and your continuous professional vehicle branding items.
Branding Materials Policy: Your ongoing membership includes up to two branding items per month (such as company shirts, vehicle magnets, or decals) at no additional out-of-pocket cost. This ensures you always possess the proper identification and professional, trusted appearance required when retrieving packages for ZBRMORED clients. Requests for more than two items per month will incur a small materials fee.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable Class C vehicle (Sedans, SUVs, Minivans, Cargo Vans, or standard Pickup Trucks).
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with a cellular data plan.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
