What You'll Do as an Entry Level Manager
- Assist with daily business operations while supporting customer engagement, sales initiatives, and team goals.
- Meet with customers to introduce AT&T products and services while recommending solutions based on their individual needs.
- Represent AT&T in a professional, customer-focused environment while delivering exceptional service and support.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring every interaction is accurate, professional, and efficient.
- Develop practical leadership skills by learning coaching techniques, performance management, and effective team collaboration.
- Help coordinate daily priorities, contribute to operational success, and support overall team performance.
- Monitor customer interactions to help maintain exceptional service standards while continuing to grow as an Entry Level Manager.
- Participate in leadership workshops, sales training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture by supporting teammates and leading by example.
