Personal Injury law firm in Glendale, CA is currently interested in hiring an experienced applicant to fill the position of Property Damage Assistant. The Property Damage Specialist will be responsible for working with Case Managers directly on the property (vehicle) damage portion of personal injury cases.
1+ year as a Property Damage Specialist or Legal Assistant handling Property Damage - REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property damage inspections with insurance companies and body shops
- Draft documents and letters to clients and Insurance companies.
- Reimburse Rental Bills/LOU/out of pocket expenses
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Correspond with adjusters and clients
Qualifications:
- Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines
- Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus
