Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- If under 18 years of age, be a high school graduate or be enrolled in a vocational educational program.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- No required Education/Training: High school graduate/GED, preferred.
Experience
- Six months of working as a Personal Attendant preferred but Not Required!
- Will be trained on site.
Responsiblites
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work in a home environment under various conditions and temperatures.
- Must be able to complete tasks such as cooking cleaning, showering, grooming, dressing and help with bathroom function.
- May be asked to change patients’ underwear/diaper or foley catheter drainage.
- Must be able to move about in the home, stand for prolonged periods of time, perform fine motor tasks, bend, stoop, and twist for the provision of personal assistance services.
