We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who brings skill, heart, and energy to our residents and care team.
Responsibilities of a CNA:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be on the front lines of resident care by:
Supporting residents’ comfort and safety with patience, respect, and dignity
Taking and recording vital signs; observing changes and clearly communicating with nursing staff
Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident
Working collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
Adhering to all safety protocols and facility policies
Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification in the State of Indiana
CPR & First Aid Certification
Prior CNA experience preferred—but we’re happy to invest in those new to the field
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
