Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) -- Westside Behavioral Health, LLC
Experienced LICSW, LMHC or LMFT needed for W-2 position in a busy, well-established, multi-specialty group practice south of Boston. Westside Behavioral Health is a multi-specialty group practice dedicated since 2000 to providing high quality services, including psychotherapy, psychopharmacology and psychological/neuropsychological testing. Our mission is to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals through compassionate and effective care. We are deeply committed to the model of integrative behavioral health care, with an emphasis on clients and their providers being partners in the healing process.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide therapeutic services to clients, conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans and offering evidence-based therapy to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.
- Ability to work with couples, children and adolescents is a plus. And we welcome clinicians who have the ability to run groups.
- Senior clinicians will have an opportunity to supervise.
- You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- You will maintain accurate, confidential and up-to date clients records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- You will stay informed about best practices in clinical psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
Must hold an active independent Massachusetts license --LICSW, LMHC, LMFT--to practice in Massachusetts.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
