Sales & Customer Service Representative
Ed Hoy’s International is North America’s largest distributor of art glass and art glass supplies located in Warrenville, IL. We strive to push the boundaries of traditional glass arts. Our mission is to provide the art glass community with the supplies, education, and confidence it takes to reach new levels of expression and beauty in art glass.
We are looking to expand our sales team with a highly motivated, energetic individual to join a small team of 3-4 members. The successful candidate will be able to assist customers, answer product questions and take a proactive approach to crushing both team and company goals.
Your day-to-day:
- Achieve team, company & individual goals
- Active listening and conflict resolution
- Manage designated accounts
- Suggesting information about other products
- Pursue leads & contact prospective customers
- Attend events and trade shows
- Strong focus on customer service
- Outbound calls to leads and potential new customers
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Exceptional team player abilities
- Ability to learn our methods and procedures
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Problem & conflict solving
- Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and bring a serious amount of passion to the company mission and culture
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Suite and basic math skills
- Art or glass background a plus
What We Offer:
- Part-time position, 28 hours per week, $ 18.00- $ 20.00 an Hour.
