Working in conjunction with traffic control personnel, the Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are able to make it on and off the manufacturing floor as quickly as possible. A logical, team-oriented logistics coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the efficient flow of materials in and out of the facility, ensuring that all service providers can access the facility quickly and that all vehicles are able to enter and exit efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute documents that explain how to use logistical resources.
- Manage and maintain logistical systems.
- Ensure all logistical systems are meeting required regulations.
- Ensure that all logistical systems are secure.
- Manage, maintain, and develop logistical staffing requirements.
- Manage logistics-related budgets.
- Manage Local Trucking rate
- Quickbook Experience and Fluent in Chinese Plus
