We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you get the best of both worlds—connecting with our guests at the front desk and working behind the scenes to keep our lodge looking its absolute best. What You'll Do
As a Guest Services Associate, your day will feature a mix of front-of-house hospitality and light housekeeping/laundry support:
Front Desk & Guest Relations:
Warmly greet, check in, and check out guests.
Answer phone calls, make reservations, and share local recommendations (like the nearby ATV trails, beach, and local dining spots!).
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high-quality stay.
Assist with the setup, stocking, and tidiness of our complimentary breakfast area.
Housekeeping & Laundry Support:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replenish room amenities such as towels, soaps, coffee, and linens.
Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold lodge linens and towels.
Help keep public areas (lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and pool area) clean and organized.
What We Are Looking For
Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
Strong communication skills and basic computer comfort for the front desk system.
An eye for detail—you notice the little things that make a room feel welcoming.
Physical stamina: Ability to bend, lift, stand, and stay active throughout your shift.
A reliable, independent worker who is ready to jump in where needed.
