THIS POSITION IS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
ANTICIPATED START DATE IS AUGUST 7, 2026 (183 DAYS CALENDAR)
Applicants will work in collaboration with classroom teachers to assist students with special needs. Applicants should be able to assist with students individually or in small groups who have academic and/or behavioral needs. Applicants may also be asked to support students in the Life Skills program. Physical assistance may be needed in wheelchair maneuvering, feeding, positioning, bathrooming, diapering, and lifting. Good attendance, collaboration and communication skills will also be needed for this position. Additional duties involving the supervision of students may be assigned when needed.
2026-2027 Salary is $21.30/hour.
This position is subject to veterans preference.
