MasterRoof Contracting is a growing, multi-branch roofing company with deep roots in the insurance restoration industry. We’re looking for an experienced roofing professional to help build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while staying hands-on in daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who’s been in roofing, knows how the insurance process actually works, and is ready to step into a leadership role with real influence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of roofing sales reps
- Lead by example in the field (inspections, customer meetings, adjuster meetings)
- Oversee estimates, supplements, and insurance claim strategy
- Set expectations, track performance, and coach reps to close quality jobs
- Help build repeatable systems for sales, follow-up, and customer experience
- Work closely with ownership/branch leadership to scale the Charleston market
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in the roofing industry (insurance restoration experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience selling roofs and managing or mentoring reps
- Comfortable with inspections, ladders, and job sites
- Strong understanding of Xactimate, supplements, and carrier processes
- Leadership mindset — you take ownership and hold people accountable
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Strong base pay + commissions / overrides
- Performance bonuses tied to team production
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (based on experience)
- Phone, marketing support, and lead assistance
- Clear growth path into senior leadership as the branch scales
Why MasterRoof
- Established company with multiple successful branches
- No fly-by-night operations — we do things the right way
- Strong support, marketing, and backend systems
- Leadership that values integrity, accountability, and results
If you’re an experienced roofer or sales leader who wants more than “just another sales role” and you’re ready to help build something meaningful, we’d love to talk.
