Entry-Level Plumbing Helper / Apprentice
Hot Water Pros LLC is growing and looking for a dependable, motivated person who wants to learn the plumbing trade and build a long-term career.
No plumbing experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Construction, maintenance, HVAC, restoration, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
This is a full-time position assisting our plumbers with residential plumbing and water-heater installation and service throughout Central Indiana.

Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with residential plumbing and water-heater installations
- Load and unload water heaters, tools, and materials
- Help remove and dispose of existing equipment
- Protect customers' homes and work areas
- Measure, cut, assemble, and organize materials under supervision
- Maintain clean tools, trucks, and job sites
- Learn proper plumbing installation and service procedures
- Follow company safety and customer-service standards
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with tools
- Able to perform physical work and lift approximately 75 pounds
- Comfortable working in basements, utility rooms, crawlspaces, and similar environments
- Professional around customers and their homes
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation required
No plumbing experience is required. We are more interested in finding someone dependable, coachable, mechanically capable, and interested in learning a skilled trade.
Pay
$15–$25 per hour, based on previous experience and mechanical ability.
Schedule
Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during normal daytime working hours.
