Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with attention to detail
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and applying protective coatings to ensure safety and appearance
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by adhering to health and safety regulations during cleaning procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation tasks as needed
- Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing concerns professionally
