JW Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment company. As part of our continued expansion, we are launching a new 750,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Pedricktown, New Jersey.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, build high-performing teams, and support the successful launch and stabilization of this large-scale fulfillment center.

Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and workforce management.
- Participate in warehouse startup activities, including layout planning, process implementation, staffing, and operational readiness.
- Manage warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, safety, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, transportation partners, and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize warehouse processes.

- 协调客户、运输商及跨部门团队，保障业务顺利开展。
- 持续推动运营改善及流程优化。
Qualifications | 任职要求
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
- At least 2 years of direct management experience in a distribution center or fulfillment center larger than 350,000 sq. ft.
- Proven experience managing high-volume e-commerce, retail, or 3PL warehouse operations.
- Experience supporting warehouse startups, facility launches, or major operational expansions strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with WMS systems and KPI-driven management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- 3年以上仓储运营管理经验。
- 至少2年以上35万平方英尺以上大型仓库、配送中心或履约中心直接管理经验。
- 具备电商仓、零售仓或第三方物流（3PL）运营管理经验。
- 有大型仓库开仓、搬仓或扩仓项目经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的团队管理及跨部门协调能力。
- 熟悉WMS系统及数据化运营管理。
- 能适应快速发展的业务环境。
- 中英文双语优先。
