Summary:
This is a Per Diem (as needed) position.
Unit Bio:
The Clinical House Administrator RN oversee all nursing operations and intersect with facilities operation s when Needed. The House Administrator has decision making authority and is responsible for the coordination of the clinical management and safe delivery of care throughout the hospital. Provides leadership and guidance to staff regarding care management. Functions as a clinical resource and mentor to all patient care areas.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS Certification or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Current ACLS certification required or must obtain within one year or in accordance with department guidelines. Current certification in Neonatal, ENCP or PALS or scheduled for an upcoming course preferred.

Experience: Five years of acute care experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $40.06 to $54.20 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
