Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean floors using various techniques including sweeping and mopping.
- Maintain open communication
- Use cleaning equipment effectively for janitorial tasks across different surfaces while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly desirable. (But willing to train the right person)
- Familiarity with cleaning products, and proper handling of cleaning supplies.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including lifting sweeper and prolonged standing or walking.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining high-quality standards consistently.
