We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team
- Help create a smooth, efficient, and positive office environment

Qualifications
- Previous dental, medical, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental insurance is a plus

- Compensation: $22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
