Job Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair projects
- Operate hand tools and asphalt equipment safely
- Rake, lute, and shovel asphalt
- Assist with sealcoating and crack filling
- Perform pavement striping and layout
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of asphalt paving experience preferred
- Experience with sealcoating and striping is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred (CDL is a plus but not required)

Pay: Competitive wages based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (Overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak season)
Experience:
- Asphalt Paving: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Sealcoating & Striping: Preferred but not required
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
