We’re looking for a Licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager/Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves process and precision, and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
A California Real Estate License is REQUIRED
This is an in-office position
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage transactions from Contract-to-Close
- Deliver a concierge-level experience to every client
- Work closely with agents, lenders, title, and escrow partners
- Ensure accurate documentation, deadlines, and compliance
- Maintain consistent processes and uphold operational standards
- Problem-solve, strategize, and anticipate needs before they arise
What You Bring to the Team
- Active California Real Estate License
- Strong client-facing experience
- 1+ year in a high-volume office environment
- Experience with CRM systems, DocuSign, and ZipForms
- Understanding of escrow processes (preferred)
- Detail-oriented mindset and exceptional organizational skills
- A team-first attitude paired with self-motivation and accountability
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
