We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the nation. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career advancement and growth.
[ Responsibilities ]
- Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goal
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction including promotions and social events, and special events
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Set up meetings with retailer purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach
- Follow-up with prospective accounts via phone, email, and SMS to stay top of mind and close new business
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain customer relationship database and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
[ Skills ]
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (B2C or B2B)
- Knowledge and experience in the c-store industry, and grocery chains, and club stores a strongly plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Flexible – willingness to pivot with changes of the day-to-day demands
- Able to travel when needed
[Salaries]
- $10,000 + Commissions per month
- 3 months of Probation ($5,000 a month)
