Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting company projects through active communication with customers and vendors. This position serves as a key point of contact to coordinate project-related activities, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure timely communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding large-scale warehouse operations and projects
- Support and coordinate warehouse operations and project-related activities
- Handle warehouse/logistics-related email and phone communications
- Monitor and support warehouse project progress and updates
- Coordinate schedules and operational tasks with clients and on-site teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate degree required
- Previous customer service, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional email and phone communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Korean bilingual preferred

Pay: $30.00 per hour
