Camp Margaritaville Auburndale is seeking an Executive Chef who believes developing people is just as important as developing menus. What You'll Do
· Lead all back-of-house culinary operations across multiple resort outlets and catering venues.
· Develop, coach, and mentor the Kitchen Manager and culinary team.
· Drive food quality, consistency, sanitation, menu innovation, and profitability.
· Partner with Marketing, Activities, Bar Operations, Event Sales, Retail, and Resort Operations to create memorable guest experiences.
· Lead catering, weddings, holiday programming, and special culinary events.
· Execute Margaritaville brand culinary standards while introducing thoughtful local innovation.
· Use data, guest feedback, and financial results to continually improve the culinary program.
Who You Are
· A collaborative leader who enjoys developing people as much as developing menus.
· An Executive Chef or high-performing Executive Sous Chef ready to build something special.
· Experienced leading high-volume, multi-outlet culinary operations in similar, complimentary, or adjoining hospitality environments.
· Comfortable balancing creativity with financial discipline.
· Passionate about hospitality, continuous improvement, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and demonstrated leadership.
