Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to provide outstanding customer service by safely and efficiently delivering furniture and mattresses into customers’ homes. This role is crucial in ensuring a superior customer experience through effective communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicle
- Safely pack, load, and secure products in accordance with company standards
- Drive throughout statewide and metropolitan areas using navigation tools
- Assist with dispatch calls, customer inquiries, and provide directions as needed
- Ensure courteous and customer-focused interactions to maximize satisfaction
- Unload and install products in customers' homes, including navigating stairs when necessary
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Lift and maneuver products weighing up to 75-100 lbs
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize company tablet for delivery documentation and customer interactions
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Keep company vehicles clean and organized
- Provide feedback to management on operational efficiencies and safety improvements
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Previous delivery experience preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (No DWI convictions in the last seven years; no more than two moving violations or accidents in the last seven years)
- Must be at least 21 years old

Physical Expectations

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
