MS-IL Staffing & Packaging is hiring experienced Order Picker (Cherry Picker) Forklift Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Greenfield, IN. If you’re safety-focused, reliable, and ready to work, this is a great opportunity to grow.
Position Details
- Job Title: Order Picker Forklift Operator
- Location: Greenfield, IN
- Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Pay: $20.00 – $21.50/hour
- Schedule: Must be open to overtime
- Requirements: Prior experience + pre-screening required
What You’ll Do
- Operate order picker (cherry picker) forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products, including trailers
- Verify product quantities, locations, and shipment details
- Assist with packaging, wrapping, and labeling as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of recent Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience (required)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials of varying weights
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and varying temperatures
