Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Office Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This pivotal role combines advanced accounting expertise with office management skills to support organizational efficiency, compliance, and financial integrity.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of daily accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
- Service Fusion - interact with invoices and payment processing
- Payment processing of checks, ACH, cash, and credit/debit cards, and bank deposits
- Verification and payment of vendor invoices
- ADP timecard and payroll management for weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Tax and compliance controls
- Vehicle and equipment control - insurance and license plates
HR/Employee Administration through ADP
- Manage ADP relationship for weekly payroll for 35 employees
- Benefits administration - employee insurance, 401 (k), worker's comp, and reviews
- Onboard and termination administration
Insurance certificates - issue to contractors for compliance, manage BWC and other
Corporate insurance relationship and Ohio CAT tax reporting
Annual license renewals - state, county, municipalities
Office supplies
