Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to communicate professionally in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and telephone in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling pickups and preparing shipping documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory availability, and shipping schedules.
- Work closely with warehouse and production personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other customer-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
- Assist with other office duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or office administration preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and general computer applications.
- Experience with order processing, shipping logistics, inventory systems, or ERP software is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify (order management and e-commerce) and Canva (basic marketing and graphic design) is preferred but not required.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
