Cleans and maintains all lobbies, public spaces, and public restrooms.
- Sweeps and mops carpets, lobby entrance. Empties ashtrays and urns. Polishes furniture and fixtures. Vacuums and polishes elevators. Delivers items upon guest requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor guest areas.
- Assist housekeeping team members by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and other supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Remove trash, vacuum, dust, mop, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the property.
- Ensure housekeeping storage areas are organized, stocked, and maintained.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or guest-related issues to management promptly.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and brand cleanliness standards.
