Overview
First Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 2–6 build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.
We’re looking for energetic and caring Registered Behavior Technicians in a part-time capacity to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children under 6 years in a fun, supportive environment and across center, school and home settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently
- Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play
- Must pass a background check
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, flexible start/end times between 7:30am–6:00pm
- No nights or weekends
