Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times.
- Night Auditors will be required to set up breakfast, run night audit and ensure hotel lobby, pool, fitness center, outside common areas are clean and welcoming.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- A background in hospitality or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
