Position Summary
The Sales Operations & Marketing Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Sales Department by overseeing CRM administration, supporting business development initiatives, coordinating marketing efforts, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's Pipedrive CRM platform.
- Oversee the complete sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are properly created, updated, and advanced through each sales stage.
- Develop CRM workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Train and coach Inside and Outside Sales Representatives on Pipedrive best practices and CRM utilization.
- Promote adoption of the Pipedrive Mobile App among field sales personnel.
- Maintain accurate customer, contact, opportunity, pricing, and account information.
- Support sales initiatives involving heavy equipment rentals, access mat solutions, and EPC clients.
Sales Reporting & Business Analytics
Provide leadership with meaningful reporting and insights by preparing weekly and monthly sales analytics, including:
- Active, won, and lost opportunities
- Pipeline performance and forecasting
- Sales representative activity
- Lead conversion metrics
- Sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support leadership meetings by delivering actionable data that drives strategic decision-making.
Customer & Account Management
- Establish and maintain new customer accounts.
- Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate credit application processing with the Office Manager.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and key customers.
- Maintain complete customer records and account history.
Sales Support & Order Management
- Prepare customer quotations and proposals.
- Verify purchase orders for awarded projects.
- Generate electronic documents using Adobe Sign.
- Coordinate rental deliveries, pickups, and scheduling with Operations.
- Maintain rental schedules and equipment availability.
- Prepare complete order documentation for invoicing.
- Coordinate Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight documentation, and delivery information.
Customer Service & Claims Administration
- Document damaged, lost, or non-returned rental equipment.
- Coordinate claim documentation and customer communications.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and vendor relationships.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotional materials, trade shows, and customer outreach.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and lead generation efforts.
- Ensure marketing activities align with company growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
