What You’ll Do (Besides Not Hating Your Life):
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, from heavy-duty trucks to fleet vehicles, with the latest tools (we don’t skimp).
- Work on everything from routine maintenance to complex overhauls—because variety keeps it fun.
- Collaborate with a crew that values teamwork and doesn’t leave you hanging on a tough job.
- Use our ServiceSync process to make customers’ lives effortless (and earn their loyalty).
- Hit efficiency goals to score bonuses—work smart, get paid more.
What You Bring (No, Not Your Lunch):
- 3+ years as a diesel mechanic (certifications like ASE or CAT are a bonus, not a must).
- Your own tools (we’ll chip in with a tool allowance to keep you stocked).
- A knack for problem-solving and a refusal to half-ass a repair.
