We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques.
Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.
Document resident care accurately and timely.
Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care.
Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
