We are seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to support a major turnaround project. This is an immediate opening for a night-shift leadership role overseeing electrical quality activities and coordinating with client representatives, contractors, and turnaround personnel.
- Lead and coordinate electrical QA/QC activities during turnaround execution.
- Verify contractor work completion and quality against approved work scopes, specifications, and applicable industry codes and standards.
- Review and validate quality documentation, inspection records, and turnover packages.
- Interface with turnaround coordinators, schedulers, contractors, and client representatives regarding quality status and work progression.
- Track, document, and communicate quality deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution and closeout.
- Validate material usage and installation against work packages, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform field observations and spot checks to verify workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
- Support execution teams by identifying quality concerns before they impact schedule or startup readiness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to QA/QC personnel assigned to electrical scopes.
- Strong electrical construction, maintenance, commissioning, or turnaround experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, FLNG, or industrial facilities.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC lead, coordinator, inspector, or supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and quality documentation requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and work packages.
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced turnaround environment.

- Experience leading QA/QC teams during turnarounds or shutdowns.
- Background supporting electrical scopes such as motors, MCCs, switchgear, instrumentation, cabling, and power distribution systems.
