In search for a Dentist to join our team!
We will have two dedicated dental assistants for you to utilize during all days worked. One hygiene and one treatment column is the expectation. Aside from that, there is no hard "quota" you have to hit. Highly-motivated individuals may have potential to earn more. Friday-Saturday is the main need of the office, though other days could be discussed. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
$750 daily minimum or 30% of adjusted production
Requirements
- Previous experience is a plus but newer grads encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Valid DDS/DMD license
