Kangaroo convenience stores located in Jacksonville, two sites on the east side of town. Looking for overnighters and applicants with open availability. Differential pay for those working overnight.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via providing exceptional service, and supporting the organization’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be available for work, and have a keen eye for detail. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers
- Assist customers with their needs, providing solutions and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service
- Support training initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional customer service skills
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
