Responsibilities

- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and develop strategies to boost revenue growth
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong track record of leading teams effectively
- Expertise in strategic planning and business development with a focus on growth opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Solid understanding of profit & loss management and financial analysis
- Experience supervising projects from inception to completion within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Construction knowledge desired
