Pixaro is a fast-growing retail technology platform helping convenience stores and gas stations streamline operations through solutions including online order management, delivery integrations, and AI-driven retail monitoring tools.
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to help grow our merchant network by building relationships with store owners, following up on leads, coordinating demos, and helping close new accounts.
--Responsibilities
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
Build relationships with convenience store and gas station owners
Coordinate product demos with the Pixaro team
Help onboard and activate new merchant accounts
Maintain ongoing account relationships
Assist with partner and reseller outreach
--Qualifications
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and organized
Comfortable working in a startup environment
Sales, retail, hospitality, or account management experience preferred
Experience in convenience stores or food delivery platforms is a plus
--Compensation
$40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions. Total first-year compensation is expected to be approximately $100,000, consisting of base salary and commissions. Because commissions are tied to recurring customer revenue, successful Account Executives have the opportunity to build and grow their earnings year over year.

This role will initially involve close collaboration with the core team, so regular in-person interaction is preferred during the onboarding and training phase. Flexibility may evolve over time based on performance and role responsibilities.
Some local travel may be required for store visits, industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
