What You’ll Do
As a Print Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality printed packaging that meets the expectations of some of the world’s leading consumer brands.
Your responsibilities include:
· Set up flexographic, offset, and silk screen printing equipment
· Read production specifications and prepare equipment for each job
· Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production
· Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
· Troubleshoot printing equipment and resolve production issues
· Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
· Complete production and quality documentation accurately
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety procedures
Compensation
Starting in the mid-$20s per hour
Higher starting wages available based on experience.
