PHILADELPHIA HOME HEALTH CARE is presently seeking a Caregiver/ HHA to provide in-home care on Thursdays 7am-7pm for a homeschooled boy with autism. Part-time build to full-time schedule. PRN shifts available for pickup in adult and pediatric population.
We service Osceola, Orange, Seminole and Brevard.
Required Documents:
- FL Driver’s License / FL State Issued Photo ID
- Social Security Card / US Work Authorization
- Level 2 AHCA Background Clearance
- CPR Certification
- Liability Insurance
- HHA Certification
- TB Test
