About the Role
Pomvom is seeking outgoing, animated, motivated and sales-driven Photo Retail Assistants to join our team at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood! In this guest-facing role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, engaging with visitors throughout their experience, and maximizing retail sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing
- Capture professional photos and videos of guests during their Studio Tour experience using Pomvom’s technology
- Guide guests through animated poses and expressions to ensure dynamic, memorable content
- Engage guests in reviewing and purchasing their media, upselling available packages and products
- Working indoors while operating digital cameras/media and handling money/credit cards to complete sales transactions
- Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team KPIs (conversion rates, average transaction value, and other sales metrics)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Carrying boxes that weight up to 10 pounds for deliveries within the studio
- Standing on your feet throughout your shift
- Support colleagues and leadership in delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Contributing to a positive, upbeat team environment with a strong focus on service and fun
We're Looking for Team Members Who:
- Are outgoing, confident and engaging with large groups of tourists from all over the world!
- Have a knack for sales and enjoy helping people choose digital & print keepsakes
- Like to be goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed daily targets
- Comfortable working with camera equipment and technology (training provided)
- Have previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
- Are able to work weekends and flexible shifts, especially during peak periods
- Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can reliably commute to Burbank, CA
