About the Role
We're looking for motivated, personable individuals to meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and present tailored solutions. This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential for self-starters who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to conduct on-site consultations and assess roofing needs
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations on our roofing products and services
- Track leads and customer interactions in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and stay current on roofing trends and materials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products and industry standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Comfortable in a 100% commission-based pay structure
- Reliable transportation (for in-person homeowner visits)
