Duties
- Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
- Cook meals for 3 clients
- Medication administration
- Daily communication notes
- Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs in at home settings
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient service
