We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant/Aide to join our growing healthcare team. This position requires supporting chiropractors and clinical staff with daily patient care, clinic operations, and front/back office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Availability & Schedule:
The candidate must be willing to work the following schedule (schedule may vary)
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors during patient treatments and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sanitization
- Escort patients and provide excellent customer service
- Perform basic therapies (training provided, if applicable)
- Take and record patient vitals and clinical notes as directed
- Support front desk operations including scheduling and check-in/check-out
- Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Healthcare Aide preferred (but not required)
- Must understand and know medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical setting
- Willing to learn and stand for a long hours.
- Dependable transportation (Required)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
