Community Solutions is looking to add part time Job Coaching staff.
As a Job Coach, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping people with disabilities learn and maintain their jobs. You’ll be by their side helping them learn new skills, gain confidence, and grow in independence.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals on the job, teaching them tasks step-by-step and cheering them on as they grow.
- Encourage independence while being a dependable source of guidance and motivation.
- Work closely with employers and coworkers to create a welcoming and supportive workplace.
- Track progress and celebrate successes, while helping overcome challenges along the way.
- Occasionally teach public transportation to and from job sites (if needed).
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and positive person who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in human services, education, or working with people with disabilities is a plus — but if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, we’ll train you!
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a caregiver background check.
- Availability to work a variety of part time hours with some flexibility
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
