Applicant Pool for Teacher, Childcare (Part-Time, Findlay, Substitute/Temporary)
Essential Functions:

Serving and cleaning up meals and snacks.

Group management of children ages 18 months - 12 years.
- Assisting children in bathroom (including changing diapers) .

Communicating with co-workers, children and children's families.

Maintaining Accurate Records of attendance and count of all children in the classroom.

Cleaning and sanitizing toys, furniture, and equipment.

Implementing daily activity plans Lifting of children up to 60 lbs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Direct care of children ages 18 months - 12 years of age.

Basic knowledge of child development is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills; record keeping; serving/cleaning up meals; general housekeeping skills; changing diapers/assisting children in the bathroom.

Capability to make quick decisions; ability to manage a large group of children.

Must be punctual.

Initiative, Flexibility, Energy, and an eagerness to learn.
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

Experience working with children ranging in age from 18 months-12 years old in a group care setting.
