Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to identify and connect with homeowners who may benefit from professional property management services. Your primary responsibility is generating new clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact homeowners by phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Build relationships with property owners and educate them on our services.
- Schedule consultations with qualified homeowners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Represent the 1 Villas Collection brand professionally.
- Meet and exceed monthly client acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Sales or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
