Project Manager-Commercial metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
Seeking applicants with the following skill set/qualifications.
1. Motivated with Strong Work Ethic, great communication skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
2. Candidate needs a minimum of 3 years successful experience managing large commercial drywall projects. Required to have experience with: client coordination, material orders and tracking, schedule development and tracking, quality control, cost tracking, weekly work plans, manpower planning, OST, Microsoft Office, Plangrid, Procore
3. Have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and clean MVR.
4. Ability to read, interpret, drawings and specifications.
