Ascend Management Group, a sales and development firm, seeks a Sales Assistant in Newington to provide entertainment solutions through Frontier’s services. Inside our store, the Sales Assistant connects with our customers and explains how Frontier’s merger with Verizon has broadened their access to entertainment and connectivity.
As a Sales Assistant, you will work inside our stores, greeting neighbors, regulars, and newcomers with a genuine interest in their connectivity needs. The Sales Assistant will also simplify the enrollment and sales process, build trust, and highlight how the combined expertise of Frontier and Verizon creates a stronger, more dependable experience.
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant
- Engage customers visiting our stores by presenting Frontier Fiber Internet and TV services that support today's connected households.
- Conduct sales conversations to assess customers' internet and entertainment preferences before recommending the ideal Frontier package.
- As a Sales Assistant, demonstrate Frontier Fiber speed tiers, digital TV options, and bundled services through engaging in-store product presentations that simplify the buying decision.
- As a Sales Assistant, guide customers through account creation, service qualification, order processing, and installation scheduling while delivering a seamless retail experience.
- Maximize sales opportunities by recommending fiber upgrades, premium TV packages, whole-home connectivity solutions, and bundled residential services.
- As a Sales Assistant, consistently achieve sales goals while delivering an outstanding in-store customer experience and representing the Frontier brand with professionalism.
Qualifications of the Sales Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A genuine interest in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Maintains professionalism while assisting a variety of customers on the sales floor.
- Quick learner capable of simplifying complex plans for everyday in-store customers.
- Driven to meet daily store goals and consistently surpass personal sales quotas.
