American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring at least one year of experience and AHA-issued certifications for a 13-week day shift contract.

Day shift schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)

CVICU and NICU experience is preferred

Level 1 experience required

Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC)

Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required — no other issuing bodies accepted

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred

Level 1 experience required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Full date of birth (DOB) required for consideration

Responsibilities include managing an assigned patient group, monitoring physiological data, administering medications, regulating IV infusions and blood products, and coordinating patient and family education

Delegates tasks to support staff and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members

Workers who have previously completed an assignment at this health system may reapply after a 6-month separation period; extensions are limited to one time for a total of 26 weeks
