Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle damage inspections.
- Create thorough repair blueprints using CCC ONE estimating software.
- Disassemble vehicles as needed to identify all collision damage.
- Work directly with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Prepare and submit supplements with supporting documentation and photos.
- Order and verify parts required for repairs.
- Monitor repair progress and update customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and production schedules.
- Help maximize repair quality, efficiency, and cycle time.
Body Shop Estimator Qualifications
- Previous collision estimating and/or blueprinting experience preferred.
- Experience with CCC ONE estimating software is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and collision repair methods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Body Shop Estimator Preferred Experience
- I-CAR training or certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with DRP and non-DRP insurance claims.
- Parts ordering and supplement writing experience.
- Knowledge of frame, structural, aluminum, and advanced vehicle repair processes.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Collision estimating and/or BluePrinting: 1 year (Preferred)
- CCC One Estimating Software: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
